Eire Budgerigar Society's Open Show 2010
The Eire B.S. will hold its 56th open show this year in a super new venue in Kilkenny City
Show Judges will be none other than Jac Cuyten & Rinus van Den Broek.
Show schedule will be posted to all members. The show will operate under the show rules of the Eire B.S. Closing date for entries is Wednesday the 8th of September. The committee would appreciate if all entrants enclosed a S.A.E with their entry form for the speedy return of Show Cage Labels!
Entries will be received Friday the 10th between 6pm and 8pm and between 8am and 10 am on Saturday the 11th of September
A Security person will remain in the Hall on the Friday night

Show Preparation Night
Many thanks to all those who traveled from, Dublin, Clare, Cork Kilkenny and Carlow, to attend the Show Preparation Evening, which was held at the Maldron Hotel , Portlaoise..... This night was aimed at beginners, as they prepare their birds for the September 11th Show. It also proved to be a really good Q & A session for everyone............Brian is preparing a judging day for October, with a big social slant on the day.....
Society Bird Sales Day
Don't miss our Bird Sales day on the 8th of August..........50 birds donated and all proceeds go to your club........12 noon until 3pm Sunday the 8t Nethercross Day Centre, Tolka Valley Road, Finglas Dublin.........All Budgerigars only €20 each, no spare hens
Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of the Eire Budgerigar Society took place on Sunday the 28th of February,in the superb Nethercross Day Care Centre, and the minutes of that meeting will be contained in the next newsletter.
There were a number of slight rule changes to tidy up the General Rules of the society ,but changes to the show rules proposed were withdrawn and put on hold pending direction sought from the B.S.
